What does Joy have to do with the workplace, my company, our organization?
Absolutely Everything! Sandra Steen combines a rare blend of bold energy, incredible enthusiasm and life-changing information. Change can only occur after a person realizes their value, significance and the importance of self, as well as the role they play within the organization. The learning process happens in three phases: to hear, to know, to understand.
However, it is what we do after we understand that determines true comprehension and the power of change, and that's where Sandra Steen can intervene to make powerful, dynamic transformations.
