Sandra Steen & Associates, Inc. (SSA), an "International Training and Consulting Firm," was founded to support businesses in assisting employees unveil their full potential. SSA exists to challenge paradigms and to help channel creativity into ideas that will produce Excellence in Business and Excellence in Life. At SSA, we understand that your organization exists with a specific goal and purpose in mind. We also recognize the need for your employees to understand your mission. Our goal is to assist individuals in realizing their significance and purpose in the organization. Our logo represents the evident growth of a plant, parallel to the growth of an individual when potential is cultivated.

Mission

Our Training Approach is to look at the uniqueness and special challenges of the organization to develop training programs that reflect those needs. We consider ourselves to be a part of your organization, so that the written training program continues to shape your culture and image. We become an extension of your Training Department! This requires the SSA staff to conduct intensive research of the structure and function of your organization.

The training program should not only meet the needs of the organization, but should also provoke life-invigorating information for the individual. The session will employ practical and applicable information while providing a high energy, enthusiastic session that is thoroughly enjoyable. The process leads to an educated and inspired individual who will increase productivity and help create "Excellence in the Organization."
